Best Western Hotel Lamm

The staff was super helpful and answered all the questions by email or in person. The facility was clean and with the special theme of Lam there were pictures and statues or art that my daughter loved.

Rooms are very clean and comfy. I have only one suggestion: when the guests arrive, at the reception i think it will be helpfull to write somewhere in English where are the keys of the room. (Especially for people who does not understand German) We arrived very late i think arround 2 o cloc'k and lost i think 40 minutes looking for the card of the room. (It was outside near the safe) that's ok. But thats my suggestion.

The staff speak excellent English and are always willing to help you with any questions you may have. The location is convenient for local shops and restaurants, and is too far to walk to the train station.

Great breakfast and lovely staff. Very clean everywhere. Short walk into town.

Quiet, but very close to the Stadtmitte.
